Questions We Hear The Most...

How do I use Huntington's automated phone system?
Huntington offers an automated voice-activated phone system (IVR) that allows callers to speak phrases to receive information about their account or Huntington. Once authenticated, a caller says key words or phrases, such as “account balance” or “branch location,” to hear the information they are looking for. The system still allows callers to use the phone keypad if they prefer.
Where are my Bill Pay Payees set up under my new Huntington account?
Bill Pay Payees will show up under the primary account owner. In order to view Bill Pay Payees, the primary account owner must log in using their log in and ID.
Where is my Bill Payment History?
You can view your historical Bill Payments in Transaction History, which includes the last 24 months of transaction history.
