Add Payee screen

From the Bill Pay tab, click Add Payee.

Select the payee type (company
or person).

Enter the payee name and account number. If you've added a company, select the one whose address matches your bill. If the address is not listed, select that option.

Enter or verify the payee information, then click Add Payee/Payment.
 
Quick Tip
You can pay a person at another financial institution by sending a Direct Electronic Payment to his or her checking or savings account. Just select the Pay a Person option as the payee type and check the box to send a Direct Electronic Payment.
