SWEEPSTAKES TIMING/ENTRY PERIODS: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 21, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 16, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period is subject to eight (8) weekly entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”) and eight (8) weekly drawings (each, a “Weekly Drawing”) broken down as follows:

For each Weekly Drawing, twenty (20) weekly prize winners (each, a “Weekly Prize Winner”) will be selected. In addition, there will be one (1) overall drawing (“Overall Drawing”) at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. For the Overall Drawing, two (2) grand prize winners (each, a “Grand Prize Winner”) and five (5) first prize winners (each, a “First Prize Winner”) will be selected. Non-winning eligible entries will carry over and will be eligible for subsequent Weekly Drawings. Weekly Prize Winners will not be eligible to win a Grand Prize or First Prize (each defined below). Once an Entrant is selected as a Weekly Prize Winner, that Entrant's entries will be removed from all subsequent drawings. Limit one (1) prize per Entrant. The server time of the Website (defined below) is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to permanent legal United States residents who reside and are physically located in the state of Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, or Wisconsin and are at least eighteen (18) years old or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). The potential Grand Prize Winners and First Prize Winners must have a unique, personal and valid social security number (“SSN”) or taxpayer identification number (“TIN”) for Sponsor to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the grand prize (each, a “Grand Prize”) and first prize (each, a “First Prize”). Valid SSN/TINs will be determined by Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) requirements as further defined in the “PRIZE CLAIMS” section of these Official Rules. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, Co-Administrator, the Excluded Companies and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Subject to all federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void outside the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, or Wisconsin, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: There are two (2) ways to receive entry into this Sweepstakes: (a) the initial entry (“Initial Entry”); and (b) bonus entries (each, a “Bonus Entry”). Regardless of the method(s) used to obtain entry into this Sweepstakes, there is a limit of thirty-one (31) entries per person equivalent to one (1) Initial Entry and thirty (30) Bonus Entries.

SWEEPSTAKES ACCOUNT: Once you receive your Initial Entry (described below), you will receive access to your “Get More from Huntington Bank Giveaway” sweepstakes account (“Sweepstakes Account”), which you can access anytime via the Website (defined below).

INITIAL ENTRY: To participate in the Sweepstakes, you must visit https://getsmt.link/t6rxygnb (the “Website”) or scan the QR code found at the banker’s desk or on Sweepstakes signage in any participating Huntington Bank* branch’s lobby during an Entry Period and enter your email address in the field provided or select “CONTINUE WITH GOOGLE” and when prompted:

1. Email: Submit your first name, last name, and email address in the fields provided. After checking the boxes indicating your agreement to these Official Rules, SMT’s consolidated terms and privacy policy, and the Sponsor’s privacy policy click the “CONTINUE” button. Upon the successful submission of your information, you will receive an email with a login link. To complete the registration procedure, you must click the “ENTER NOW” link found within the email. NOTE: If you do not click the “ENTER NOW” link found within the email within the indicated time-period and complete the registration procedure you will not be able to access your Sweepstakes Account and participate in the Sweepstakes. OR

2. Google: After checking the boxes indicating your agreement to these Official Rules, SMT’s consolidated terms and privacy policy and the Sponsor’s privacy policy, click the “CONTINUE” button. Then, submit your Google email address, select “NEXT”, submit your Google password, select “NEXT” and select “CONTINUE”.

After completing one (1) of the steps above you will receive one (1) Initial Entry into the Weekly Drawing associated with the Entry Period for which you received the Initial Entry. Such Initial Entry will also be eligible for each Weekly Drawing held thereafter and the Overall Drawing (unless you are selected as a Weekly Prize Winner).

*A participating Huntington Bank branch is defined as any branch located within the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, or Wisconsin. Branches outside of the aforementioned states are not considered a participating Huntington Bank branch.

BONUS ENTRIES: Once the Initial Entry is received, eligible Entrants may then receive up to thirty (30) Bonus Entries via the following methods. Regardless of the methods used to obtain Bonus Entries there is a limit of thirty (30) Bonus Entries per Entrant for this Sweepstakes.

To earn Bonus Entries, visit the Website, login to your Sweepstakes Account with the email or google username and password you used to earn your Initial Entry and complete the following:

A. VERIFY YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT (10 Bonus Entries): Click “VERIFY YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT**” during an Entry Period. Then, click the “CONTINUE” button and select “HUNTINGTON BANK” from the list of banks provided. When prompted, enter your credentials, including your Huntington Bank checking account (“Checking Account”) username and password and press “CONTINUE”. If your Checking Account was successfully connected, you will receive a “SUCCESS” message. Press the “CONTINUE” button to receive ten (10) Bonus Entries into the Weekly Drawing associated with the Entry Period for which you connected your Checking Account. Such Bonus Entries will also be eligible for each Weekly Drawing held thereafter and the Overall Drawing (unless you are selected as a Weekly Prize Winner). If your Checking Account was not successfully connected, you will receive a “SOMETHING WENT WRONG” message. Press “EXIT” and try again or use the AMOE (described below) to earn the Bonus Entries for this method.

ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS METHOD: Only Huntington Bank Checking Accounts are eligible for verification and the receipt of Bonus Entries via this method. In the event the Checking Account is either; (a) held jointly; or (b) accessed through shared online banking credentials by more than one (1) individual, the Bonus Entries will be awarded solely to the individual associated with the Sweepstakes Account logged into the Website at the time for which the verification is taking place. If a joint Checking Account holder or separate individual sharing bank credentials also wishes to receive Bonus Entries into the Sweepstakes via this method; he/she must do so, by visiting the Website and logging into his/her personal Sweepstakes Account. Bonus Entries will not be awarded to any joint Checking Account holder or authorized user automatically. Such joint Checking Account holder or authorized user must separately log into his/her Sweepstakes Account and verify his/her Checking Account via the method described herein.

B. MEET WITH A BANKER (20 Bonus Entries): Visit a participating Huntington Branch during an Entry Period and request to meet with a banker. To receive the Bonus Entry via this method, the meeting must go beyond a routine transaction (i.e. a deposit, withdrawal, or balance inquiry) to create value – through a substantive question, guidance or a clear next step (“Qualifying Meeting”). Routine transactions (i.e. a deposit, withdrawal, or balance inquiry) do not qualify and will not result in Bonus Entries into this Sweepstakes. The Banker will determine whether the meeting was a Qualifying Meeting or not. If the Banker determines the meeting was a Qualifying Meeting, he/she will provide the Entrant with a QR code. The Entrant must then login to the Website and click the “SCAN QR CODE” button. After clicking “ALLOW” to provide access to your camera and clicking “COLLECT ENTRIES” you will receive twenty (20) Bonus Entries into the Weekly Drawing associated with the Entry Period for which you scanned the QR code and successfully logged in. Such Bonus Entries will also be eligible for each Weekly Drawing held thereafter and the Overall Drawing (unless you are selected as a Weekly Prize Winner). NOTE: The QR Code for this method of entry can ONLY be provided by the banker after a Qualifying Meeting has taken place.

ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY ("AMOE"): Visit https://getsmt.link/0h528ycx (the “AMOE Website”), submit the email address or Google login information you used to receive your Initial Entry, and after checking the box indicating your agreement to these Official Rules, SMT’s consolidated terms and privacy policy and the Sponsor’s privacy policy, click the “CONTINUE” button. Upon the successful submission of your email address or Google login information, you will receive an email with a login link. You must click the “ENTER NOW” link found within the email to be taken to the Website. Then, once at the Website, click the “REQUEST ENTRY” button to receive thirty (30) Bonus Entries into the Weekly Drawing associated with the Entry Period for which you clicked the “REQUEST ENTRY” button. Such Bonus Entries will also be eligible for each Weekly Drawing held thereafter and the Overall Drawing (unless you are selected as a Weekly Prize Winner).

Entry Limit: Regardless of the method used to obtain entry into this Sweepstakes, there is a limit of thirty-one (31) entries per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, equivalent to one (1) Initial Entry and thirty (30) Bonus Entries. If more than the stated number of entries are received from the same person, Google account, and/or e-mail address then all of that person’s entries may, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified. Entrants are prohibited from using more than one (1) e-mail address, Google account, or multiple identities. If it is found or suspected that an Entrant is using more than one e-mail address, Google account or multiple identities to participate in the Sweepstakes, then that Entrant, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate in the Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any entries that are lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmissions or any other reason, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunication malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person who participated in this Sweepstakes, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder (defined below) of the e-mail address or Google account submitted at the time for which the Initial Entry was received, and such individual must comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a Google account or e-mail address by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

IMPORTANT: DATA RATES MAY APPLY IF AN ENTRANT ENTERS THIS SWEEPSTAKES ON HIS/HER MOBILE DEVICE. NOT ALL MOBILE TELEPHONE/WIRELESS PROVIDERS CARRY THE SERVICE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANTS SHOULD CONSULT THEIR WIRELESS PROVIDER’S PRICING PLANS IF ENTRY VIA MOBILE DEVICE IS DESIRED. MOBILE ENTRY IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

RANDOM DRAWINGS: There will be nine (9) random drawings held in this Sweepstakes as follows.

A. WEEKLY DRAWINGS: On or about the Weekly Drawing dates in the chart above, SMT will select twenty (20) Weekly Prize Winners from all eligible entries received during the respective Entry Period (and any non-winning eligible entries received from previous Entry Periods). The odds of winning a Weekly Prize for an Entry Period depend on the total number of eligible entries received during that Entry Period (including any non-winning eligible entries received from previous Entry Periods). Each Weekly Prize Winner is considered a potential Weekly Prize Winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules as further described herein.

B. OVERALL DRAWING: On or about the Overall Drawing date listed in the chart above, SMT will select two (2) Grand Prize Winners and five (5) First Prize Winners from all non-winning eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning a Grand or First Prize depend on the total number of non-winning eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Grand and First Prize Winners are each considered a potential Prize Winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules as further described herein.

The Sponsor’s decisions with respect to the selection of the potential Prize Winners shall be based on their sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects.

NOTIFICATION / VERIFICATION: All potential Prize Winners will be notified by SMT via email within (3) business days from the date in which the drawing takes place (“Email Notification”). Each potential Prize Winner must respond to the Email Notification within three (3) business days from receipt of the Email Notification. PRIZE CLAIM FORM: To respond and complete the verification process, the potential Prize Winner must click the “BEGIN VERIFICATION” button found within the Email Notification, login to his/her Sweepstakes Account with the email address or Google username/password used to obtain his/her Initial Entry and complete the prize claim form in its entirety, including your full name, email address, telephone number (including area code), date of birth, address, city, state and zip code. Then press the “SUBMIT” button.

SMT will verify the eligibility of the Prize Winner within five (5) business days from the date in which the prize claim form was submitted. Once verified, the Weekly Prize Winners will receive their Weekly Prize within four (4) to six (6) weeks or less. The Grand Prize Winners and First Prize Winners will be required to complete and return “Required Documents” prior to receipt of the respective Prize as further described in the “PRIZE CLAIMS” section below.

SMT will only make two (2) attempts to reach a potential Prize Winner via the Email Notification process outlined above. In the event a potential Prize Winner does not respond to either Email Notification, the original potential Prize Winner will be disqualified, and an alternate will be selected from the remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the respective Entry Period(s) and notified as outlined above. If a potential Prize Winner is disqualified, found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or declines to accept the prize, the prize will be awarded to an alternate as outlined above. If SMT cannot verify the Prize Winners after notifying up to five (5) alternates in accordance with this section, the associated unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded.

SMT will attempt to notify the potential Prize Winners as set forth above, but none of SMT (or any other Sweepstakes Entity) is responsible for any undelivered e-mails, including without limitation e-mails that are not received because of the potential Prize Winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Sweepstakes e-mail, including any Email Notification, to a spam or junk folder.

PRIZE CLAIMS: After the prize claim form is completed and verified by the Sponsor, and except where prohibited, each potential Grand Prize Winner and First Prize Winner will be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (the “Release”), an IRS Form W-9 (“W-9 Form”) and any other documents required by Sponsor (collectively, the “Required Documents”) within three (3) business days of receipt of the Required Documents from the Co-Administrator. Co-Administrator will make two (2) attempts to collect the completed Required Documents from each potential Grand Prize Winner and First Prize Winner. If a potential Grand Prize Winner or First Prize Winner fails to return the Required Documents within the time period required, or if the email is returned as undeliverable, such potential Grand Prize Winner and/or First Prize Winner forfeits his/her right to the prize and an alternate will be notified as outlined in the “RANDOM DRAWINGS” section above, even if the disqualified potential Grand or First Prize Winner’s name may have been publicly announced. If it is determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that a potential Grand or First Prize Winner is not eligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential Grand or First Prize Winner forfeits his/her right to the prize and an alternate potential Grand or First Prize Winner will be selected and notified as outlined in the “RANDOM DRAWINGS” and “NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION” sections above, even if the disqualified potential Grand or FIRST Prize Winner’s name may have been publicly announced. In the event a potential Grand or First Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor/Administrators shall have no liability or obligation to such individual.

TAXES: To the extent permitted by applicable laws, any taxes applicable to the Grand or First Prize are the sole and exclusive responsibility of each confirmed Grand or First Prize Winner. Each confirmed Grand Prize Winner and First Prize Winner is solely responsible for reporting the respective prize to the relevant tax authorities and paying all taxes applicable to the respective Prize as required by the applicable tax laws. Upon request from the Sponsor, a potential Grand Prize Winner and First Prize Winner will promptly complete and submit to the Sponsor all tax forms, certificates, authorizations or any other documents as may be necessary to comply with the applicable tax laws. The right to receive a Grand or First Prize is contingent on submission of a properly completed IRS Form W-9, including the legal name and SSN/TIN of a Grand or First Prize Winner. In the event it is deemed during the verification process a potential Grand or First Prize Winner does not have a unique, personal and valid SSN/TIN for Sponsor to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the respective prize, such potential Grand or First Prize Winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential Grand or First Prize winner will be selected and notified as outlined above. Valid SSN/TINs will be determined by IRS requirements.

PRIZES: There are one hundred and sixty-seven (167) prizes available in the Sweepstakes. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes is $155,993.60.

A. GRAND PRIZES (2): There will be two (2) Grand Prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $14,500. The total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $29,000. Each Grand Prize includes a trip for two (2) to a football game, sporting event or any other event (i.e. concert or festival) of the Grand Prize Winner’s choosing, subject to Sponsor’s final approval (“Trip”). Trip includes all of the following: (a) round trip airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Travel Companion”) from a major airport closest to his/her permanent legal US residence to a destination of the winner’s choosing; (b) two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel located in or near to the destination city, to be determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion; (c) one (1) $10,000 Prepaid card of Sponsor’s sole choosing which can be used for tickets to a football game, sporting event, or any other event (i.e. concert or festival) of the Grand Prize Winner’s choosing, subject to Sponsor’s final approval and/or trip expenses of Grand Prize Winner’s choosing (which may include ground transportation in the destination city, meals, spending money, etc.); and (d) a fanatics.com e-gift card valued at $500. Grand Prize Winner must agree to travel before August 31, 2027 to receive the Trip.  If Grand Prize Winner cannot travel before August 31, 2027, he/she can opt for a cash alternative to the Trip in the amount of $9,000 (“Cash Alternative”). If Grand Prize Winner opts for the Cash Alternative, the total ARV of his/her Grand Prize will be $9,000. If the Grand Prize Winner opts for the Cash Alternative, the Cash Alternative will either be (a) deposited into the Grand Prize Winner’s Huntington Bank Checking Account; or (b) if Grand Prize Winner does not have a Checking Account, sent via check to the address provided in the prize claim form within four (4) to six (6) weeks from the date in which the Grand Prize Winner submitted his/her Required Documents. All air travel and hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize Trip will be coordinated through the Administrator who will contact the Grand Prize Winner within one (1) week from the date in which the Required Documents are received to coordinate the bookings. The Prepaid Card will be issued by Administrator within a time frame designed to ensure the card(s) remain valid through the end of the applicable redemption window. The Prepaid Card must be activated within ninety (90) days of issuance and is valid for six (6) months from the date of activation. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to determine the timing of card issuance to align with the card's validity period. Fanatics.com e-gift card will be issued via Fanatics.com, with no expiration date. Fantatics.com e-gift card and Prepaid Card are subject to the terms and conditions of the e-gift/prepaid card themselves.

B. FIRST PRIZES (5): There will be five (5) First Prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes. The ARV of each First Prize is $10,000. The total ARV of all First Prizes is $50,000. Each First Prize includes a Trip for two (2) to New York City for a Shopping Spree. Trip includes all of the following: (a) round trip airfare for the First Prize Winner and one (1) Travel Companion from a major airport closest to his/her permanent legal US residence to a major New York Airport; (b) two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a New York City area hotel, to be determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion; and (c) one (1) $6,000 Prepaid card of Sponsor’s sole choosing which can be used for Trip expenses (which may include ground transportation in the destination city, meals, spending money, etc., at the First Prize Winner’s sole choosing).First Prize Winner must agree to travel between the dates of June 1, 2027 and October 31, 2027 in order to receive the Trip.  If a First Prize Winner cannot travel between the dates of June 1, 2027 and October 31, 2027, he/she can opt for a cash alternative to the Trip in the amount of $6,000 (the “Cash Alternative”). If the First Prize Winner opts for the Cash Alternative, the Cash Alternative will either be (a) deposited into the First Prize Winner’s Huntington Bank Checking Account (if he/she is an account holder); or (b) sent via check to the address provided in the prize claim form within four (4) to six (6) weeks from the date in which the First Prize Winner submitted his/her Required Documents.

All air travel and hotel accommodations for the First Prize Trip will be coordinated through the Administrator who will contact the First Prize Winner within one (1) week from the date in which the Required Documents are received to coordinate the bookings. The Prepaid Card will be issued by Administrator within a time frame designed to ensure the card remains valid through the end of the applicable redemption window. The Prepaid Card must be activated within ninety (90) days of issuance and is valid for six (6) months from the date of activation. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to determine the timing of card issuance to align with the card's validity period. Prepaid Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the card itself.

Additional Trip Details for Grand and First Prizes: Neither Sponsor or other Sweepstakes Entities are responsible for flight cancellations, delays, or additional fees (e.g. baggage, seat upgrades) incurred at the time of travel. Unless otherwise specified prize elements are not redeemable for cash (and the Prepaid Card cannot be used for cash withdrawals). Reservations are subject to availability. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth herein; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, additional meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, other personal expenses, etc.) are included in the Prize (unless Prize Winner opts to use his/her prepaid card for such expenses) and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of each Prize Winner. Each Prize Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, baggage fees, inspection charges, and security charges. Each Prize Winner and Travel Companion (if any) are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including but not limited to valid photo identification, passports and any other required travel documents, which shall be determined solely by the Prize Winner. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or reservation or the game. Reservations made are subject to availability and may be restricted during major holiday periods or blackout periods. A personal credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required by the hotel or other travel-related provider for incidental charges and personal expenses. In the event a personal credit card or cash deposit is required by a hotel or other provider, each Prize Winner will be solely responsible for supplying such personal credit card and or cash deposit and for all personal expenses / incidental charges.

C. WEEKLY PRIZES (160): There will be one hundred and sixty (160) weekly prizes (each, a “Weekly Prize awarded in the Sweepstakes. The ARV of each Weekly Prize is $481.21. The total ARV of all Weekly Prizes is $76,993.60. Each Weekly Prize Winner will receive a swag box inclusive of all of the following; (a) one (1) Solo Stove; (b) one (1) Game Day Stadium Blanket; (c) one (1) JBL Portable speaker; (d) one (1) Yeti Lunchbox, and; (e) one (1) Polaroid Go Gen 2 Camera. Weekly Prize Winners will receive their prize within four (4) to six (6) weeks or less from the date in which the prize claim form is received and verified.

General Prize details: If, for any reason, more prize notifications are sent (or more claims are received) than the number of prizes offered herein, as set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect prize claims received. No transfer or substitution of a prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND SPONSOR DOES NOT MAKE (AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR) ANY REPRESENTATIONS, GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATING TO ANY PRIZE, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. Each Prize Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes if applicable. Except as otherwise set forth herein, unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely Prize Winner’s responsibility. Prize is non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, unless otherwise described herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of the prize or force majeure, at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding prize for any reason. Limit of one (1) prize per person.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities, including the Sponsor, Google, Plaid, Fanatics.com and the other Excluded Companies and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers and each their respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, representatives, designees and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, postage due or undeliverable entries, e-mail/text notifications, postal mail, or other communications of any kind; (ii) any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; (iii) garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/network accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; (iv) any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical, human or other error or problem relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, whether in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (vi) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Sweepstakes; (vii) any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to Entrants or to any person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize; and (viii) entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and/or proceed with the Sweepstakes, including the selection of winners in a manner it deems fair and reasonable, including the selection of winners from among non-suspect, eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. In no event will more prizes be awarded than are stated in these Official Rules.

DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN MONROE COUNTY, NEW YORK. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JAMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“JAMS RULES”). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN NEW YORK. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN MONROE COUNTY, NEW YORK. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY ENTRANT AND/OR SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. ANY DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE END OF THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.

PRIVACY: The collection of personal information provided in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with SMT’s privacy located at https://myrewardsllc.com/privacy, the Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.huntington.com/Privacy-Security/privacy-policies and Plaid’s privacy policy located at https://plaid.com/legal/#consumers.

PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Prize Winner agrees to allow the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective designees the perpetual right to use their name, address (city and state), biographical information, likeness, picture, video and other information and content provided in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes in all media now or hereafter devised worldwide including, but not limited to, on television and the Internet, without notice, review, or approval and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

GENERAL: Any attempted form of participation in this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. Sponsor and Administrators reserve the right to disqualify any Entrant found or suspected, in their sole and absolute discretion, to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of this Sweepstakes. Any attempted form of participation in this Sweepstakes other than as in these Official Rules is void. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. All entries and/or materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in any promotional materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.
