ATMs with audio guidance, tactile keypads, high contrast screens, and Live Teller Machines (LTMs) with a real Huntington banker to help you complete transactions confidently.

Account statements, Cards & Checks

Accessible banking options

Accessible options are available so you can choose what works best for you. Large print and braille deposit and credit card statements can be requested in a branch, or by calling (800) 480-2265. Braille debit and credit cards are also available and may be ordered in a branch or by phone at (800) 480-2265, supporting independent and confident access to your finances.

Checks with raised lines and large type make writing checks easier. Order online or in branch.

In-branch support

Personalized banking assistance

Our teams can assist using written notes or other low tech communication tools and help guide you through transactions in person. At select locations, language certified bilingual colleagues are also available to support conversations in some preferred languages.

Communication & Phone Accessibility

Communication support options available

We offer Video Remote Interpreting (VRI), can schedule ASL interpreters for longer visits, and welcome TDD relay calls. Phone interpretation in 250+ languages is also available, with Spanish speaking specialists on our Care teams when you need them.

MagnusCards®

Step by step guides for smoother banking

MagnusCards® provides both visual, and audio easy to follow card decks that walk through common tasks like using an ATM, making deposits, or visiting a branch.
