Advisory Satisfaction Promise FAQs
Huntington Private Bank®
We’ll refund the last 90 days of your investment management fees paid for any accounts where we provide investment management services (the “Strategies”) as set forth in your applicable Investment Management Agreement with the Private Bank.
Huntington Financial Advisors®
We’ll refund the last 90 days of your wrap advisory program fees paid for any Advisory Program (the “Programs”). For additional information on wrap fees, please see our Advisory Fees Schedule and Form ADV Part 2A Brochure.
This refund will only be provided one time and only with respect to the Strategies and Programs identified above and will be credited to the affected account. Certain account types, products and services are not covered by the Promise, including: corporate and other business/entity accounts, trust accounts, and brokerage and insurance products, including annuities. For questions about eligibility, please speak to a Huntington Advisor or contact the Huntington Advisory Resource Group at (800) 530-1690.
Answer: 90 days of investment management or advisory fees that are incurred through Huntington’s Strategies and Programs, as outlined above.
The Promise does not include reimbursement for any market-related losses or for any additional fees incurred beyond the Strategies or Programs. The Promise does not include fees for other types of investment accounts and products such as brokerage and insurance or other Huntington Private Bank products and services.

Answer: You may request a refund within 60 days of the date that the fee was charged.
Answer: You are limited to one request for any one account per customer over the lifetime of our relationship. If you experience an issue involving multiple accounts, the refund will apply to each impacted account at the time you request a refund.
Answer: Huntington is committed to validating the request and crediting the fees within 45 days of initial notification by you.
