About Frank

Frank Hall serves as Florida Region President for Huntington Bank, bringing more than 30 years of experience in community and commercial banking leadership. In this role, he oversees market strategy, business growth and banking operations across Florida, with a focus on relationship-driven banking and building strong community partnerships.

Throughout his career, Frank has held senior executive roles spanning retail banking, sales leadership, and operational management. He is recognized for building high-performing teams while expanding market presence and delivering sustainable results for clients, businesses, and the communities he serves.

Frank is actively engaged in civic and educational leadership and plays a meaningful role in advancing regional economic development. He previously served as a Trustee of the Florida State University Foundation; and he currently serves as a Trustee of Gulf Coast State College and is Chairman of the Board of the Panama City Port Authority, where he supports infrastructure growth and long-term economic vitality across the region.

Frank earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.
