Alice Rodriguez

Ms. Rodriguez is Co-Owner of Kendall Milagro Inc. since 2001, a boutique home builder in Dallas, Texas and has been actively involved in business operations since 2022. She retired from JPMorgan Chase & Co. (and its predecessors) in 2022 after 35 years of service where she held various executive leadership roles, most recently as head of its community impact organization and Managing Director.

Prior to joining Huntington’s Board, Ms. Rodriguez served on the Board of Directors of Cadence Bank since 2025.

Ms. Rodriguez has served as a board member of Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC, a privately held regulated electricity transmission and distribution company since 2021, and is the chair of DreamSpring, a nonprofit community development financial institution. She also serves as a director on the boards of the Latino Business Action Network, U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Education Fund, Avance Inc, Perot Museum of Nature and Science, and Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens. She also served as former chair of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce from 2020 to 2022.

Ms. Rodriguez brings significant financial services expertise, community service, and leadership experience, which makes her a valuable addition to the Board.

Ms. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
