Mr. Rollins is Vice Chairman of Huntington, a $285 billion regional bank-holding company delivering a full suite of commercial and retail banking, investment management, and insurance services through The Huntington National Bank and its affiliates.  The Huntington National Bank is one of the 10 largest banks in the United States with nearly 1,400 branches in 21 states.

Prior to joining Huntington’s Board, Mr. Rollins served on the board of directors of Cadence Bank (previously known as BancorpSouth Bank) from 2012 and as chairman of the board of Cadence Bank from April 2014. He also served as CEO of Cadence Bank from November 2012 until the business combination with Huntington.

Prior to his tenure with Cadence Bank, Mr. Rollins served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Prosperity Bancshares, Inc., from 2006 to 2012. He is also a former director of Prosperity Bancshares, Inc. Mr. Rollins also worked for First State Bank and Trust Company.

Active in community and industry activities, Mr. Rollins served as past chair of North Mississippi Health Services, Inc., one of the largest rural-based healthcare systems in the country, and he served as past chair of the Mississippi Economic Council. He also previously served on the board of directors of Healthcare Foundation of North Mississippi. He is the past chair of the American Bankers Association American Bankers Council.

Mr. Rollins brings significant financial services expertise, as well as knowledge of the Texas and southern markets and communities, which makes him a valuable addition to the Board.

Mr. Rollins holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University and the National Commercial Lending School at the University of Oklahoma.
