What you need to do

Cash orders

  • If you are the contact for your business receiving communications about your transition to Huntington, please ensure all locations are aware of the upcoming changes, including when to start placing cash orders with Huntington.
  • Beginning with orders requesting delivery on or after Tuesday, June 23, 2026, call Huntington Bank’s telephone ordering service at (800) 462-0029 or order online through DTS Connex.
  • The standard ordering deadline for telephone orders is 10:30 a.m. local time.
  • The ordering deadline for online orders is 8:55 a.m. local time on the day the order needs to be packed for delivery.
  • Ensure all locations ordering cash for delivery have received their telephone or online access instructions.
  • Beginning with orders to be delivered 6/23 or later, change orders need to be requested through the new Huntington’s processes.
  • Beginning 6/22, account balance will be checked prior to order preparation. Be prepared with funds available the morning prior to expected delivery to avoid delays.

Deposit tickets

  • If you have a location processing in Oklahoma City, Reno or Sacramento, ensure the location has received new Huntington deposit tickets.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cash orders must be placed by 10:30 a.m. local time via the telephone ordering service for the order to be packed and released that day. Online orders must be placed by 8:55 a.m. local time on the day the order needs to be packed for delivery.

Cash only deposits received by the processing cash vault before 6:00 p.m. ET will be verified and credited that day.

Deposits containing checks received by the processing cash vault before 4:00 p.m. ET will be verified and credited that day.

Your end of day time was selected when your services were originally implemented. If you want to confirm or adjust your end of day time, please contact us.

Your vault deposits will be included in your business Online transaction history. Images of your deposit tickets (and any check items, if applicable) will be displayed. The reference number will include the location where the deposit was made.
