Cash orders must be placed by 10:30 a.m. local time via the telephone ordering service for the order to be packed and released that day. Online orders must be placed by 8:55 a.m. local time on the day the order needs to be packed for delivery.
Cash only deposits received by the processing cash vault before 6:00 p.m. ET will be verified and credited that day.
Deposits containing checks received by the processing cash vault before 4:00 p.m. ET will be verified and credited that day.
Your end of day time was selected when your services were originally implemented. If you want to confirm or adjust your end of day time, please contact us.
Your vault deposits will be included in your business Online transaction history. Images of your deposit tickets (and any check items, if applicable) will be displayed. The reference number will include the location where the deposit was made.
