Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) enables you to scan and deposit checks directly from your business location for deposit into your Huntington Bank business account. Using a desktop scanner and bank-provided software, your check deposits will be sent to the bank in a secure electronic format.

Your Remote Deposit service will continue as usual. RDC will transition to Huntington Bank systems after January 20, 2026. You’ll continue to be able to make check deposits to your business account(s) from your business location(s) using a desktop scanner. You’ll also continue to have online access to your RDC information.
Mobile Remote Deposit Capture service (mRDC) is not available at Huntington Bank. If you are using mRDC, please note that it will no longer be available after January 31, 2026.

They will be reaching out via email and phone calls to communicate with you specifically regarding the Huntington Bank RDC transition.
Beginning January 20, 2026, Huntington Bank will no longer provide provisional credit for RDC deposits.
As a Huntington Bank RDC customer, you are responsible for noting that a check has been deposited through RDC. Please see Huntington Bank’s RDC obligations for more information.
