Online access

  • Access your current RDC service through Business Online, until your transition to Huntington Bank’s RDC service is complete.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your Remote Deposit service will continue as usual. RDC will transition to Huntington Bank systems after January 20, 2026. You’ll continue to be able to make check deposits to your business account(s) from your business location(s) using a desktop scanner. You’ll also continue to have online access to your RDC information.

Mobile Remote Deposit Capture service (mRDC) is not available at Huntington Bank. If you are using mRDC, please note that it will no longer be available after January 31, 2026.

Superior Press is a treasury solutions company engaged by Huntington Bank to provide you with the information and personalized assistance you need to support the transition of your RDC service to Huntington Bank. They will be reaching out via email and phone calls to communicate with you specifically regarding the Huntington Bank RDC transition.

Beginning January 20, 2026, Huntington Bank will no longer provide provisional credit for RDC deposits.

Your Relationship Management team will provide you with the service and support you need. Any RDC errors should be reported immediately to your Relationship Management team. As a Huntington Bank RDC customer, you are responsible for noting that a check has been deposited through RDC. Please see Huntington Bank’s RDC obligations for more information.
