What you need to do

Cash orders

  • Continue to follow your current Veritex Bank process to order cash for delivery through Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
  • Beginning with orders requesting delivery on or after Wednesday, January 21, 2026, call Huntington Bank’s telephone ordering service at (800) 462-0029. The standard ordering deadline is 10:30 a.m. local time.

Deposit tickets

  • Look for new deposit tickets sent to your location in advance of the transition.
  • Begin using your new Huntington Bank deposit tickets with the deposits picked up from your location starting on Friday, January 16, 2026.
  • Prepare a single deposit ticket for each deposit bag that is sent to the vault. Each deposit requires a MICR-encoded deposit ticket with the expected total for that deposit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cash orders must be placed by 10:30 a.m. local time via the telephone ordering service for the order to be packed and released that day.

Cash only deposits received by the processing cash vault before 6:00 p.m. local time will be verified and credited that day.

Deposits containing checks received by the processing cash vault before 4:00 p.m. local time will be verified and credited that day.
