  • This was the last day to make any changes to your Veritex Online Banking for it to be transitioned to your Huntington Business Online. Any changes made on or after Friday, December 12 will need to be made in Business Online on January 20, 2026. This includes any user additions, deletions or maintenance.

Monday, January 5 – Friday, January 16, 2026

  • Preview period for Administrators and Users of Business Online at Huntington Bank. See below for steps to take during this window.

Friday, January 16, 2026

  • Access to Veritex Online Banking and the Veritex Mobile Banking App ends at 1:00 pm ET.

Saturday, January 17 – Monday, January 19, 2026

  • Online and mobile banking services will be unavailable as we complete the transition.

Tuesday, January 20, 2026

  • Access to Business Online and the Huntington Commercial Mobile Banking App begins.
  • Make any changes including any user additions, deletions or maintenance made in Veritex Online Banking on or after December 12, as those changes will not appear in your Huntington Business Online.

What to do during the Business Online Preview Period (January 5 - January 16, 2026)

For Administrators

  • Download the Business Online Administrator Instructions for detailed steps on getting started.
  • Use the first-time login link emailed to you starting in early January to access Business Online.
  • Accept the Business Online Access and Bill Pay Agreement. (The company Administrator must be the first user in the company to log in and must accept the Agreement.)  View a copy of the agreement.
  • Review and confirm your company profile, users, ACH and Wire templates. Create new templates and update templates as needed.
  • Reestablish user access and permissions under the Administration tab.

For Users

  • Use the first-time login link emailed to you in early January to access Business Online.
  • Enter your current Veritex Online Banking username (limited to the first 20 characters with no special characters) and the new Company ID provided in the email. After successful authentication, you will receive an email with a temporary password. You will be prompted to change your password the first time you log in.
  • Review your accounts and get familiar with Huntington’s Business Online navigation and features.
  • Note: You will have view-only access until January 20, 2026 when your accounts move to Huntington Bank.
  • Note: Administrators must sign in and entitle users to permissions before users will be able to see any information when they log in.

What to do before Friday, January 16, 2026

  • Save your history
    Transaction history and Bill Pay payees will transfer, but you may wish to download or print a copy of your activity for reference.
    • You will have access to Bill Pay beginning Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
    • Your bill pay history will not appear in the bill pay history section in Business Online, but it will be included in the account transaction history transitioned from Veritex Bank.
    • At Huntington Bank, funds for bill payments are deducted from your account on the date we send the payment, not on the date the payment is received or check deposited.
    • Payees you have established will be transferred automatically if the primary funding account is a checking account. If you have a savings account or money market account set as your primary funding account, payees will not be transferred. Establish a checking account as the primary funding account to ensure your payees are transferred.
    • Note: Some payees who receive electronic payments today may receive check payments following the transition. Please be sure to select earlier payment dates for those payees receiving checks.
    • If a bill payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment date will be moved automatically to the first business day following the weekend or holiday.
    • E-Bills are not available in Business Online. The minimum amount due and other billing information visible for payees from whom you receive E-Bills today will no longer be available to view online.
  • Review your Treasury Management services
    If your business uses Treasury Management services, visit the Treasury Management transition site for key dates, details, and important actions you will need to take to support your transition.

What to do beginning Tuesday, January 20, 2026

  • Log in to Business Online
    On huntington.com, select Login, then choose the Commercial tab. Enter your current Veritex online banking username, your new Company ID, and the password you established during the preview period.
  • Become familiar with what you can do using Business Online
  • Download the app
    Download the Huntington Commercial Mobile App and log in with your new credentials. You can delete the Veritex mobile banking app from your device. Check out the for details on how to access and use the app.
  • Reestablish transfers and payments
    Recurring and future-dated transfers between your accounts will not carry over automatically. You can set them up again in Business Online.
  • Manage your alerts
    Sign up for alerts to help you stay on top of your accounts. You will automatically be enrolled in administrative alerts that notify you via email about changes made to profiles and permissions. Administrators will be notified about all changes that occur.
  • Enroll in eStatements (Administrators only)
    If you were enrolled in eStatements at Veritex Bank, you will need to reenroll in Business Online.
  • Update your Business Online profile
    Make any updates needed to your online banking profile (e.g., adding/removing users or accounts). Note: Any changes made after December 11, 2025 will not be reflected in Business Online.

Administrators and Users have preview access to Business Online from Monday, January 5 to Friday, January 16, 2026, to verify profiles and set permissions. During the preview, accounts are view-only and transactions are not available. Full access to Business Online and the Huntington Commercial Mobile App begins Tuesday, January 20, 2026.

Access to Veritex online and mobile services will end on Friday, January 16, 2026, at 1:00 pm ET. There will be no digital banking access during transition weekend.

You will use your current Veritex username, a new Company ID, and a new password that you can create for Business Online during the preview period (Monday, January 5 to Friday, January 16, 2026). You’ll receive an email with a link for first-time login and authentication in early January. Follow the instructions in that email to create your password to have full access to Business Online beginning on January 20.

If you do not complete setup before the transition:

  • Administrators can complete first-time login on or after Tuesday, January 20, 2026, using the emailed link. After logging in, the Administrator must accept the required Agreement and grant access to company users.
  • Users cannot enroll independently. Your company Administrator must grant you access in Business Online before you can log in. Once access is granted, you’ll receive an email with your first-time login instructions.

Yes. During the preview period (Monday, January 5 to Friday, January 16, 2026), Administrators and users will be able to log in and view transferred account information. Information will remain view-only until January 20. Recurring and future-dated transfers will not carry over automatically and will need to be reestablished after conversion. We recommend paying any transfers scheduled during the transition early to avoid late fees.

You will have access to Bill Pay beginning Tuesday, January 20, 2026.

Your bill pay history will not appear in the bill pay history section in Business Online, but it will be included in the account transaction history transitioned from Veritex Bank.

Your account statements will be delivered by mail following the transition to Huntington Bank, even if you are receiving online statements today. You can select eStatements through Business Online beginning Tuesday, January 20, 2026. If you have been receiving online statements, your online statement history will be transitioned to Huntington Bank and available in Huntington Online Banking beginning in February.

No. Alerts will need to be set up again in Business Online after Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Administrators will automatically receive administrative alerts by email for any changes made to company profiles or permissions. All users can then choose their own balance, transaction, and security alerts once logged in to Business Online.

Yes. You can export account information from Business Online to Quicken, QuickBooks, or to a .CSV, Excel, or BAI file for use with other financial management tools.
