Find everything you need to transition to your new business online and mobile services.
For Administrators
For Users
If your business uses Treasury Management services, watch for separate communications and visit the dedicated page for key dates, product-specific guidance, and more details.

Bank smarter, wherever you are. Our Commercial Mobile App gives you the flexibility to manage accounts, approve transactions, and monitor activity.
Administrators and Users have preview access to Business Online from Monday, January 5 to Friday, January 16, 2026, to verify profiles and set permissions. During the preview, accounts are view-only and transactions are not available. Full access to Business Online and the Huntington Commercial Mobile App begins Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
Access to Veritex online and mobile services will end on Friday, January 16, 2026, at 1:00 pm ET. There will be no digital banking access during transition weekend.
You will use your current Veritex username, a new Company ID, and a new password that you can create for Business Online during the preview period (Monday, January 5 to Friday, January 16, 2026). You’ll receive an email with a link for first-time login and authentication in early January. Follow the instructions in that email to create your password to have full access to Business Online beginning on January 20.
If you do not complete setup before the transition:
Yes. During the preview period (Monday, January 5 to Friday, January 16, 2026), Administrators and users will be able to log in and view transferred account information. Information will remain view-only until January 20. Recurring and future-dated transfers will not carry over automatically and will need to be reestablished after conversion. We recommend paying any transfers scheduled during the transition early to avoid late fees.
You will have access to Bill Pay beginning Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
Your bill pay history will not appear in the bill pay history section in Business Online, but it will be included in the account transaction history transitioned from Veritex Bank.
At Huntington Bank, funds for bill payments are deducted from your account on the date we send the payment, not on the date the payment is received or check deposited.
Payees you have established will be transferred automatically if the primary funding account is a checking account. If you have a savings account or money market account set as your primary funding account, payees will not be transferred. Establish a checking account as the primary funding account to ensure your payees are transferred.
Note: Some payees who receive electronic payments today may receive check payments following the transition. Please be sure to select earlier payment dates for those payees receiving checks.
If a bill payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment date will be moved automatically to the first business day following the weekend or holiday.
E-Bills are not available in Business Online. The minimum amount due and other billing information visible for payees from whom you receive E-Bills today will no longer be available to view online.
Your account statements will be delivered by mail following the transition to Huntington Bank, even if you are receiving online statements today. You can select eStatements through Business Online beginning Tuesday, January 20, 2026. If you have been receiving online statements, your online statement history will be transitioned to Huntington Bank and available in Huntington Online Banking beginning in February.
No. Alerts will need to be set up again in Business Online after Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Administrators will automatically receive administrative alerts by email for any changes made to company profiles or permissions. All users can then choose their own balance, transaction, and security alerts once logged in to Business Online.
Yes. You can export account information from Business Online to Quicken, QuickBooks, or to a .CSV, Excel, or BAI file for use with other financial management tools.
If your business uses Treasury Management services, visit the Treasury Management Integration Center for details, resources, and steps to take to support the transition.
Personal digital banking is available through Huntington Online Banking. If you also use Veritex Online Banking for personal accounts, those accounts will move to Huntington Online Banking. Visit Huntington.com/VeritexBank/Online-Banking for details about your transition.
