How to access and use your new business online and mobile services.
If your business uses Treasury Management services, refer to the separate communications we sent and visit the dedicated page for key dates, product-specific guidance, and more details.

Bank smarter, wherever you are. Our Commercial Mobile App gives you the flexibility to manage accounts, approve transactions, and monitor activity.
If you do not complete setup before the transition:
Yes. Your account information transferred and is available in Business Online. Recurring and future-dated transfers did not carry over automatically and will need to be reestablished.
Reports run before Jan. 20 will show an opening ledger balance of $0 because historical daily opening ledger balances were unavailable when accounts converted to Huntington.
The running balances for individual transactions on these reports will calculate based on the $0 opening ledger balance, causing the running balance to appear incorrect.
Opening ledger balances before Jan. 20 were not available when your account converted to Huntington. As a result, running a report with a start date before Jan. 20 will show the opening ledger balance and other summary balances as $0. The running balances for the transactions on these reports will be based on this $0 opening ledger balance as well. This is also true if you are viewing the Account Overview page in BOL.
You now have access to Bill in Business Online.
Your bill pay history does not appear in the bill pay history section in Business Online, but it is included in the account transaction history transitioned from Veritex Bank.
At Huntington Bank, funds for bill payments are deducted from your account on the date we send the payment, not on the date the payment is received or check deposited.
Payees you had established transferred automatically if the primary funding account was a checking account. Payees tied to a savings account or money market account did not transfer.
Note: Some payees who previously received electronic payments may now receive check payments. Please be sure to select earlier payment dates for those payees receiving checks.
If a bill payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment date will be moved automatically to the first business day following the weekend or holiday.
E-Bills are not available in Business Online.
Your account statements will be delivered by mail until you enroll in eStatements through Business Online. If you previously received online statements, your online statement history transitioned to Huntington Bank and will be available in Huntington Business Online Banking beginning in February.
No. Alerts will need to be set up again in Business Online. Administrators will automatically receive administrative alerts by email for any changes made to company profiles or permissions. All users can then choose their own balance, transaction, and security alerts once logged in to Business Online.
Yes. You can export account information from Business Online to Quicken, QuickBooks, or to a .CSV, Excel, or BAI file for use with other financial management tools.
If your business uses Treasury Management services, visit the Treasury Management Integration Center for details and resources. Please also refer to the communications that were mailed to you ahead of the transition.
Personal digital banking is available through Huntington Online Banking. If you also used Veritex Online Banking for personal accounts, those accounts transitioned to Huntington Online Banking. Visit Huntington.com/VeritexBank/Online-Banking for details.
