Simple steps to get up and running

What to do beginning Tuesday, January 20, 2026

  • Log in to or enroll in Huntington Online Banking
Visit huntington.com, select Login, and enter the new username and password you created to access Huntington Online Banking.
    • Need to enroll?
Go to huntington.com, select Login, then choose Enroll Now to get started. You can create your new login credentials by entering either your new Huntington Bank account or debit card number, or your previous Veritex Bank account number.
  • Download the app
Download the Huntington Mobile Banking App and log in with your new credentials. You can delete the Veritex mobile banking app from your device.
  • Set up Zelle®
Enroll in Zelle® through the Huntington Mobile Banking App to send and receive money. If you were enrolled in Zelle® at Veritex Bank, you will need to reenroll.
  • Reestablish transfers
Reestablish recurring and future-dated transfers between your accounts using Huntington Online Banking since transfers won’t carry over automatically.
  • Review Bill Pay Payees
Some of your payees that were originally set up for electronic payments may have been transitioned into Huntington Bill Pay as check payments. You should adjust your payment Send On date to at least 5 Business Days before the due date for paper check payees. Review payee details and correct any account numbers or addresses that don’t exactly match what shows on your bills from that payee as this may enable the payee to be converted back to electronic.
  • Enroll in eStatements
To continue receiving paperless statements, re-enroll in eStatements through Huntington Online Banking. You’ll be prompted with the option for eStatements the first time you log in.
  • Manage your alerts
Choose which alerts you’d like to receive. Go to Manage Alerts to see all available options. Message and data rates may apply.

Yes. Your account balances, transaction history, and scheduled Bill Pay payments transferred automatically. Some items, such as recurring transfers between accounts, will need to be reestablished once you log in. We recommend paying any transfers scheduled during the transition early to avoid late fees.

Yes. Your Bill Pay payees transferred automatically to Huntington Online Banking. Your bill payment history won’t appear in Bill Pay but will be included in your account transaction history. At Huntington Bank, funds for bill payments are deducted from your account on the date we send the payment, not on the date the payment is received or check deposited.

Payees you had established transferred automatically if the primary funding account was a checking account. Payees tied to a savings account or money market account did not transfer.

Note: Some payees who previously received electronic payments may now receive check payments. Please be sure to select earlier payment dates for those payees receiving checks. Review payee details and correct any account numbers or addresses that don’t exactly match what shows on your bills from that payee as this may enable the payee to be converted back to electronic.

If a bill payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment date will be moved automatically to the first business day following the weekend or holiday.

You’ll need to reestablish eStatements in Huntington Online Banking. Until then, your Huntington Bank statements will be delivered by mail. Your Veritex online statement history transferred and will be available once you log in.
