It is the business’s responsibility to purchase and use approved cleaning kits to properly maintain the scanner, as well as to cover the cost of any replacement parts or ink cartridges once the manufacturer’s warranty has expired. If a replacement scanner is provided under the manufacturer’s warranty and the manufacturer’s diagnostic report determines that the issue was caused by insufficient maintenance, we reserve the right to charge a repair fee.
