Welcome to Huntington Bank. Your Veritex Bank personal accounts have successfully transitioned, and you can now access them through Huntington Online Banking.

For full details about your new Huntington accounts and services, please refer to the communications mailed to you in December. You can also call us at (800) 823-2265 if you have questions or need assistance.

Your transition checklist

Now that your accounts have transitioned, be sure to:

  • Sign in to Huntington Online Banking or the Huntington Mobile app to access your new accounts. Find more about your new online and mobile services on this page.
  • Update any existing payments, deposits, or transfers to reflect your new account and routing numbers.
  • Start using your new Huntington Debit Mastercard® or Huntington Bank ATM card, if you haven’t already, and securely dispose of your Veritex Bank debit card.
  • Update your debit card information in your digital wallet and on other apps or websites where it’s stored.
  • If you have a loan, use your new loan number to make future payments.

General Information

Your Veritex Bank accounts and services have transitioned to Huntington Bank. As a customer with Huntington, you now have access to broader banking capabilities, an expanded branch and ATM network, and continued support from dependable, local bankers. For specific details about your accounts and services, please refer to the welcome materials sent to you in December.

Branches and ATMs

Continue working with your local bankers for the service and support you need.

Yes. You now have access to Huntington Bank branches and ATMs across the U.S. Find your nearest location.

Veritex Bank branches are now operating as Huntington Bank branches. You can continue visiting your familiar locations, as well as any Huntington Bank branch, for in-person banking and support.

Digital Banking and Debit Cards

Yes. Access to Veritex Bank online and mobile banking ended on Friday, January 16, 2026. Huntington Online Banking and the Huntington Mobile Banking app became available on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. If you haven’t already, please set up your new username and password by visiting Huntington.com/onlinebanking.

If you have a Veritex Bank debit card, you will receive a new Huntington Debit Mastercard® or Huntington Bank ATM card before January 20, 2026. Activate and begin using your new card on January 19, with your current PIN. If your Veritex Bank debit card is stored in a digital wallet or used for recurring payments, you’ll need to update your card information.

Note: If you receive an ATM card, it is because, at Huntington Bank, savings accounts and money market accounts are not eligible to be the primary or sole account associated with a debit card. Huntington Bank debit cards must be linked to a checking account.

Account Numbers and Checks

Yes, your account numbers and routing numbers for your deposit accounts and loans have changed. New numbers were provided by mail shortly before January 20, 2026. You can also view them in Huntington Online Banking and the Huntington Mobile Banking App beginning Tuesday, January 20.

You can continue using your Veritex Bank checks until they run out. When you are ready to reorder, Huntington Bank checks are available online, by phone, or through your local Huntington Bank branch. The first order of checks for your Huntington checking account will be free for eligible check designs if placed within three months of the transition.

Loans

Your loans transitioned to Huntington Bank along with your deposit accounts on January 20, 2026. The terms and conditions of your loans remain the same. Please refer to the letter(s) sent to you with more information.
