General information
In January 2026, your Veritex Bank commercial banking deposit and loan accounts and services will transition to Huntington Bank. You’ll gain access to broader capabilities, industry expertise, and digital tools designed to help your business operate efficiently and plan for long-term success.

Relationship team
Yes, at Huntington Bank, you will continue to be supported by a relationship banking team dedicated to providing you with the service and solutions you need.
Account access
Your Veritex Bank accounts will become Huntington Bank accounts on January 20, 2026. You’ll have access to your accounts through Huntington Bank channels at that time. Online account access will be provided through either Business Online or Huntington Online Banking, depending on the specific services your business needs.
Following the transition, you’ll also gain access to additional commercial banking solutions, including a comprehensive suite of treasury management services to support your objectives. Talk to your relationship banking team to learn more.
Digital banking
Yes. Access to Veritex Bank online and mobile banking will end on Friday, January 16, 2026. The appropriate Huntington online channel (Business Online or Huntington Online Banking) will be available beginning Tuesday, January 20, 2026. You’ll receive step-by-step instructions by mail and email ahead of the transition to help you log in and get started.
If your online service is transitioning to Huntington Business Online, look for information about the setup and preview period that begins in early January. If your online service is transitioning to Huntington Online Banking, you’ll have the opportunity to set up your new username and password a few weeks before the January 20 transition.
Account numbers and checks
Yes, your account numbers and routing numbers for your deposit accounts and loans will be changing. We’ll provide you with new numbers by mail shortly before January 20, 2026. You’ll also be able to view them online through Business Online or Huntington Online Banking beginning Tuesday, January 20.
Loans
The terms and conditions of your loans will not change. Loans will transition along with your deposit accounts on January 20, 2026. You will have a new address for all loan payments, which will be included on your first Huntington Bank loan statement after the transition. Please refer to the letter(s) sent to you with more information about the transition of these accounts.
