Lockbox services for all your business needs

Wholesale Lockbox

Wholesale Lockbox allows your customers to mail payments to an address featuring your company name and unique payment address. Huntington collects your mail directly from the post office and processes it quickly and accurately, according to your customized lockbox instructions. This solution is ideal for businesses with high-dollar, lower-volume payments.

Images and data captured from remittance documents are available for up to seven years in our Online Lockbox portal, and can be delivered in custom file transmissions. We offer pre-deposit exception management tools to optimize the success of your accepted payment rate.

Retail Lockbox

Retail Lockbox service is an ideal solution for high-volume customers that collect payments from consumers, who can provide a payment coupon with an OCR scanline of the details.

The payment processing for these transactions is fully automated using our high-speed equipment, which opens, extracts, images and captures the scanline data. We then report images and data at an established reporting time, and send the transactions for deposit.  Custom data and image transmissions are available for upload into your accounts receivable platform.  We also offer pre-deposit exception management tools to optimize straight through processing.

Electronic Lockbox

The Electronic Lockbox (E-Lockbox) provides electronic routing and settlement of consumer Bill Pay transactions, reducing risk and expediting the flow of funds. When you sign up for E-Lockbox, you’ll receive a single ACH credit for the total of your daily Bill Pay items and data that can be uploaded directly to your accounts receivable system for processing.

External Lockbox Network

In addition to the Huntington lockbox locations in Columbus, Cleveland, Covington and Indianapolis, our new footprint offers locations in Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Philadelphia and Atlanta. We hold all facilities to the same outstanding customer service, accuracy and security standards.
