Stephen D. Steinour is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Huntington Bancshares Incorporated, a $68 billion regional bank holding company headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. Prior to joining Huntington, Mr. Steinour was Managing Partner of CrossHarbor Capital. Previously, Mr. Steinour was President and Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Financial Group (CFG), responsible for overseeing the commercial bank holding company’s business lines and operations.

Before joining CFG, Mr. Steinour was division executive for Fleet Financial Group. Prior to his tenure at Fleet, he was executive vice president at Bank of New England. Following his graduation from Gettysburg College in 1980 with a degree in economics, Mr. Steinour was an analyst for the U.S. Treasury Department and subsequently worked for the FDIC. He is a graduate of The Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Steinour is a member of the Board of Directors of L Brands, Inc. and Exelon Corporation. He is a Trustee of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and Chair of the Finance Sub-Committee. He is a member of The Columbus Partnership and a Trustee of the Columbus Downtown Development Corporation. Mr. Steinour is also a Trustee of the Eisenhower Fellowships and a Board of Director of the Financial Services Roundtable. Mr. Steinour is the past chairman of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and a former Trustee of the National Constitution Center.

He lives with his wife and children in the Columbus metro area.

Benham leads Huntington's Corporate Communications team, overseeing all public relations, government affairs and internal communication efforts. Prior to joining Huntington in 1998, she served as the development director for Children's Hunger Alliance, manager of the Wexner Center Foundation, as an account executive at RWA Management and Marketing and in senior leadership roles for statewide and federal political campaigns.

Benham currently serves on the boards for Just Think, Inc., The Capital Square Foundation, and is Secretary of The Community Shelter Board. She is also a member of the Government Affairs Steering Committee for the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce. She previously served on the Board of the YWCA Columbus, the Homeless Families Foundation, the Women's Fund of Central Ohio and was inducted as a member of the Ohio Commodores for her volunteer work in economic development.

Benham earned a bachelor's degree from Loyola University Chicago.

Dunlap provides oversights of Huntington’s 11 regional presidents and is responsible for Huntington's Private Client Group; which includes The Huntington Private Bank, The Huntington Trust, The Huntington Investment Company, Huntington Community Development, Huntington Asset Advisors, and Huntington Asset Services. He and also directs Huntington's charitable giving programs to serve our local communities. + View Full Bio

Prior to taking on his current role, Dunlap was the Commercial Banking Director. In that role he helped to drive growth in the segment and to launch a series of commercial businesses including energy, agribusiness, health care and international banking.

Dunlap first joined Huntington 35 years ago and has held a variety of roles in the bank. He was named president of the West Michigan Region in 2001, where he has played an instrumental leadership role in the area's economic development initiatives. Prior to that he was president of Huntington's Florida operations and was recognized as one of Central Florida's most outstanding community leaders and banker of the year in 2001.

Dunlap joined Huntington in 1979 in Northwest Ohio, serving in several capacities, including Regional Retail Administrator, overseeing Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, and Public Funds. He was Regional President of Huntington's Northwest Ohio operations from 1992 to 1996.

He is currently the Chairman of the West Michigan Policy Forum, Chairman of the Grand Rapids Economic Club, a member of Business Leaders for Michigan and on the executive committee of Michigan's The Right Place, Inc. He has current and past service on the boards of the West Michigan Strategic Alliance, Junior Achievement, Grand Rapids Convention & Visitors Bureau, the Grand Rapids Symphony and the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce Regional Issues Committee. He is also the past chair of the Grand Rapids Area YMCA and the Heart of West Michigan United Way. Additionally, he serves on the executive committee of the West Michigan Regional Public Policy Conference. He has been named Business Person of the Year by the Grand Rapids Economic Club and won the Grand Rapids' Chamber of Commerce's Distinguished Community Trustee Award.

Dunlap graduated from the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking and attended Bowling Green State University.

Heller began his career at Chase in 1995 as a vice president in operations for credit services. He rose steadily through the company and held a series of posts including chief technology officer (CTO) for the retail bank, CTO for the corporate internet group and CTO for the consumer bank.

Prior to joining Chase, Heller worked for Andersen Consulting specializing in financial card processing. During that time, he worked in New York, Phoenix and London, England, on strategy, operations and technology projects.

Active in the Central Ohio community, Heller is co-chair of the Memorial Tournament Concert for Nationwide Children's Hospital, a board member of COSI and an advisory board member of St. Charles Preparatory School. He has also served on the boards of St. Stephen's Community House and the Central Ohio Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Heller received his bachelor's from Miami University of Ohio and his master's in business administration in finance from The Ohio State University, Fisher School of Business.

Houston has 30 years of diversified banking experience in risk management, business development and client relationships. Prior to joining Huntington, Houston was a partner with Phoenix Global Advisors in Charlotte, N.C.

She also held executive positions with Bank of America across multiple lines of business over 20 years. Earlier in her career, Houston held positions with Crocker National Bank and Home Federal Savings and Loan.

Houston earned her bachelor's degree from Westmont College and her MBA from the University of Southern California. She serves on the board of the Risk Management Association and the Columbus YWCA.

Prior to joining Huntington, McCullough was the chief strategy officer for U.S. Bancorp where he was responsible for driving organic revenue growth, building new organizational capabilities, advocating for customers, and enabling innovation across the enterprise. He was also responsible for online and mobile banking in this role and was a member of U.S. Bancorp's Managing Committee.

McCullough's previous roles at U.S. Bancorp included chief financial officer for the Payment Services line of business, director of investor relations, director of corporate development, director of financial analysis and planning, and director of external reporting.

Before joining U.S. Bancorp in 1993, McCullough was director of corporate development at Huntington, treasurer at First Commerce Corporation, director of financial planning and analysis at Texas Commerce Bancshares, and controller at Armco Reinsurance Managers.

McCullough earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from the Ohio State University and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mary W. Navarro is Senior Executive Vice President, Retail and Business Banking Director for Huntington. With more than 38 years in banking, Mary began her career as a teller in high school and worked her way up to her current role. She is responsible for 5,700 colleagues including the bank's branch delivery network of 725+ branches, business banking, marketing, customer advocacy, card products, deposits, and ATM and branch distribution. In her more than 12 years leading Huntington's retail and business banking business, she has been instrumental in driving the company’s continued growth, Fair Play Banking strategy and national recognition from JD Power for ranking highest in retail banking satisfaction in the North Central region in 2013 and 2014 and most recently JD Power's 2014 highest in overall customer satisfaction with Small Business owners in the Midwest region. + View Full Bio

Navarro joined Huntington in June 2002 as Executive Vice President and head of the Retail Banking line of business. Prior to joining Huntington, Navarro served as Executive Vice President and Eastern Region Retail Manager for Banc One Corporation. Mary held many senior leadership positions in retail, small business, commercial banking and credit over her 17 year tenure.

Navarro has been a board member of the Consumer Bankers Association for the past 11 years and also served as board chair. Outside of Huntington, Mary is very involved in the Central Ohio community. She is on the Otterbein's Board of Directors of Trustees and Women’s Leadership Advisory Council, the Columbus Metropolitan Library Board and most recently named on the Otterbein University Board of Trustees. She was on the Board of the Red Cross of Greater Columbus for 8 years, and is a Director Emeritus. She was also on the boards of the YWCA and Recreation Unlimited for 6 years.

In October 2014, Mary was named # 8 on American Banker’s prestigious "25 Most Powerful Woman in Banking" ranking, previously # 8 in 2013, #14 in 2012 and #15 in 2011. In 2006, Navarro was recognized by the YWCA of Central Ohio as one of six Woman of Achievement in the Columbus community.

Navarro earned a master degree in management from Aquinas College and a bachelor's degree in international business from the University of Colorado. She is fluent in Spanish. Mary and her husband have two sons and live in Columbus, Ohio.

Neumeyer is responsible for Huntington's credit administration function including credit approval, credit policy and portfolio risk management. He is also responsible for the bank's consumer collection activities as well as the special assets department. + View Full Bio

Prior to joining Huntington in 2009, Neumeyer was chief credit officer for Comerica Bank-Texas, where he was responsible for credit approval and portfolio administration. He also was responsible for the corporation's credit policy and its credit training program.

Neumeyer began his career at Manufacturers National Bank of Detroit (later merged with Comerica) in 1983. Throughout his career at Comerica he served in various roles including middle market lending and senior credit roles in middle market, large corporate and international banking.

Neumeyer is active in the Risk Management Association, currently serving as a member of the Risk Council. He also serves on the board of Life Care Alliance, serving as the Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee. He is also on the board of the Munderloh Foundation.

A graduate of Michigan State University with a bachelor's degree in finance, Neumeyer also completed the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Remiker joined Huntington in 2010 as president of equipment finance and led the national growth and expansion of the business’s commercial leasing and capital equipment financing capabilities. Most recently, he oversaw corporate banking and specialty banking, which offers deep expertise in healthcare, not-for-profit and university banking, sponsor finance, equipment finance, franchise finance, food & agribusiness banking, energy and international banking.

Prior to Huntington, Remiker served as chief administrative officer for RBS Citizens Asset Finance, where he oversaw legal, finance, syndication, asset management, technology, operations and portfolio management. Previously, Remiker launched and grew Merrill Lynch Capital’s (MLC) commercial equipment finance business, which contributed to MLC achieving nearly $13 billion in assets within five years. Before that, he served as president and chief operating officer of KeyBank’s middle-market and large-ticket leasing business. Earlier in his career, Remiker held various positions of increasing responsibility with Tokai Financial Services, U.S. Leasing Corporation, First Interstate Credit Alliance and The CIT Group.

Actively involved in the leadership and direction of the equipment leasing industry, Remiker served as Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) Chairman in 2013 and two terms as a trustee of its non-profit research foundation. He is past chair of the ELFA middle-market business council steering committee and a former member of the board of directors for The Leasing Exchange. In July 2009, Leasing News named Remiker one of the 25 most influential people in leasing.

Remiker attended Arizona State University and University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in finance.

Stanutz joined Huntington in 1986, established its Indiana presence as auto finance regional manager, and went on to manage auto finance, home equity, and credit card and consumer collections. In 1998 he began focusing exclusively on expanding Huntington’s auto finance business. Today the business is comprised of more than 3,800 dealers in 17 states and finances more cars than at any other time in Huntington’s 60 years of service to the automotive industry.

Committed to customer and community, Stanutz serves on the American Financial Services Association board and the organization’s vehicle finance committee. He's a 19-year member and past chairman of the Consumer Bankers Association auto finance committee. Locally, Stanutz serves as treasurer of the Columbus Speech and Hearing Center, in addition to serving on the organization's board of directors. He is a past member of the Central Ohio United Way and Ohio Chamber of Commerce boards.

Stanutz graduated from the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking and holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Sturm has more than 25 years of experience in financial services, information technology and continuous improvement.

Prior to joining Huntington, Sturm was a senior vice president for quality and capability development for Fiserv in charge of business process improvement, cross-company collaboration, and quality standards, practices, and measurement systems. He began at CheckFree in 1995 as a manager of internal technology teams. He worked his way up to key positions in the company including vice president of group operations and senior vice president of strategy and group operations. Fiserv purchased CheckFree in 2007.

He began his career in 1987 at Mercer, where he was an actuarial analyst.

Sturm graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree, having majored in math and minored in computer science. He resides in Worthington, Ohio.

Sturm serves on the board of NewSong Community Church in Westerville, Ohio. He also is a founder and board member of the non-profit organization Heart Heroes, which provides support to students striving to reach beyond themselves to make a difference in the lives of others. He also volunteers and serves regularly alongside the faculty, staff and students of Point University in Atlanta, Ga.

He and his wife, Becky, own and operate the Kings Haven retreat center, which provides families, couples and small groups that have limited financial means an environment to get away and reconnect relationally.

With more than 34 years of experience, Thompson has previously served as head of Huntington's corporate strategy group, as Executive Vice President, CFO of Citizens/RBS Retail and Business Banking segment. Other responsibilities with Citizens/RBS included the oversight of special merger and acquisition projects and leadership of the mortgage business, and Deputy CFO of ABN AMRO North America. Thompson previously served in various executive and financial roles for Lenders Service Inc., Hatfield Phillips Inc., Admiralty Advisors Inc., Commonwealth Mortgage Company Inc. and KPMG Peat Marwick.

Thompson serves on the boards of the United Way of Central Ohio and National Church Residences.

Thompson graduated from Boston College with a degree in accounting and computer science and a master's degree in finance. Thompson is formerly a certified public accountant (CPA) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Prior to joining Huntington as Total Rewards Director in 2012, Wilkins was the Market Practice Leader with Towers Watson’s Talent & Rewards segment in the Cincinnati office where his portfolio included financial services clients. In addition to his consulting experience beginning in 2007, he has more than 30 years of corporate human resources management experience in industry-leading companies. Wilkins' extensive domestic and global corporate experience spans multiple industries, including multi-location retail/service, insurance, financial services, health care, business process outsourcing, software/technology solutions and education.

Wilkins earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Central Michigan University where he also attended graduate school. He is a member of WorldatWork, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals and other professional organizations. He is the past president of the Chain Restaurant Compensation Association, the past chair of the Building Materials Retailers' Compensation & Benefits Group; previously a member of the Conference Board's Council on Executive Compensation, and has been a guest speaker at The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business.

Each of Huntington's regions is led by a regional president, who reports to Jim Dunlap, Senior Executive Vice President, Director of Regional Banking and the Huntington Private Client Group. The regional presidents are Huntington's senior leaders in their regions, responsible for the overall banking business there, and responsible for carrying out Huntington's mission, vision, and values. Each regional president is active in his or her community, as well, serving in leadership positions on nonprofit boards and engaged in civic duties.

Renee Csuhran is interim President of Huntington's Greater Cleveland Region.

Csuhran joined Huntington in 2012 as a senior executive and currently serves as managing director for Huntington's Commercial Real Estate business. Prior to joining Huntington, she managed KeyCorp's national commercial real estate business. While at Key, she also established its institutional real estate lending practice and led the company’s health care lending team. A longtime Cleveland professional, she has more than two decades of banking experience. + View Full Bio

Csuhran holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University and an undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University. She resides in Cleveland and is a past board member of the Achievement Centers for Children.

John Irwin is President of Huntington's West Michigan Region, which is headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Irwin joined Huntington in 2002 and previously served as the region's Corporate Banking Executive before being appointed Regional President in January 2013. Irwin is a 32-year banking veteran with a vast array of experience in International Services, Business Banking, Corporate Banking, and Retail Banking Administration. His career has taken him to Indianapolis, Indiana; Phoenix, Arizona; Columbus, Ohio and now Grand Rapids, Michigan. Irwin completed his undergraduate work at DePauw University, received a Master's in Business Administration from Indiana University, and graduated from The Stonier Graduate School of Banking. + View Full Bio

Irwin resides in Grand Rapids with his wife, Martha, and two daughters. Along with his wife, Irwin actively serves in the West Michigan community with Ada Bible Church. He is also a board member of the Gerald R. Ford Council, St. Cecilia Music Center, and the Women's Resource Center, as well as a Steering Committee member of the Huntington Colleagues' Good Government Fund (HBI-PAC).

Kevin Jones is President of Huntington's Southern Ohio-Kentucky Region, which is headquartered in Cincinnati.

Jones first joined Huntington in 2013 as business development leader for Southern Ohio-Kentucky before being appointed interim president later that year. He is a 23-year banking veteran with broad national experience working from Cincinnati the entirety of his career. Prior to joining Huntington, Jones served in an executive leadership banking role overseeing enterprisewide institutional sales and business development functions. He also has extensive experience managing all aspects of private banking and wealth management in the greater Cincinnati region, including traditional banking, brokerage, wealth management, insurance and wealth planning activities. + View Full Bio

Jones earned his bachelor's in finance and economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and has served as board chairman and treasurer for St. Ursula Villa School. He currently is a board member of the State Auto Insurance Company,  Columbus College of Art and Design, Central Ohio Transit Authority, Franklin County Convention Authority, the Columbus Zoological Association, the Ohio Bankers League, the Columbus Chamber of Commerce and the Wexner Center Foundation. He is also a member of the Bank Trade Organization, Robert Morris Associates.

Kunk is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.

Newbold serves his community as a director of the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership, a director of the Indiana Bankers Association, a director of the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, a director of LYNX Capital Corporation, chairman of the Indiana Community Business Credit Corporation, chairman of The Children's Bureau, a director of Greenwood Community Schools Holding Corporation, and an elder of Greenwood Christian Church. Newbold also serves as a member of the Board of Public Works for the City of Greenwood, Indiana.

Prior to joining Huntington, Shipley was the head of global trade finance for North America for the Royal Bank of Scotland/Citizens Bank. Shipley led all aspects of the global trade finance business in the U.S. and Canadian markets across all RBS and Citizens Bank client sectors. + View Full Bio

Shipley first joined Citizens in 2002 as managing director of domestic and international cash management. Prior to joining Citizens, Shipley worked for 14 years at PNC Bank in various management positions, ending her career there as deputy group head of PNC global services and head of the strategic partners business in its treasury management division.

Shipley has been recognized by the Pittsburgh Business Times as a 2012 Women in Business Award Winner for outstanding contributions and service to the community. She was a 2011 Athena International Finalist for the Pittsburgh Chapter and a 2010 Member of International Women's Forum (IWF), Western PA Chapter. She was also named a Distinguished Alumna of The Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh in 2006 and one of the "Best 50 Women in Business" in Pennsylvania in 2005.

A board member of The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh, she is also a former member of the Wharton Executive Education Advisory Board, University of Pennsylvania; former co-chair of the United Way Women's Leadership Campaign; and Cabinet Member, Western PA United Way Women's Leadership Initiative. She also served on the Pennsylvania Governor's Conference for Women Host Committee 2006-2008 and 2010.

In 1991, Shipley served as a Rotary International professional exchange team member in Mexico. She also was a 1988 Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow and a 1987 Rotary International scholarship recipient.

Shipley earned a bachelor's degree at the University of Notre Dame, a master's in business administration from The Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh, and a Certificate of Spanish Studies, Universidad de Navarra, Pamplona, Spain.

Prior to being named President of the Greater Akron/Canton Region he served as vice president and team leader of commercial banking.  Previously, Shivers held a commercial banking role at KeyBank.  Additionally, his diverse background encompasses serving as a State Examiner for the Ohio State Auditors Office; Director of Sales and Marketing, as well as Vice President of Operations, for Quaker Manufacturing Corp. 

Shivers currently serves as a member of the board and executive committee member for the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce; board member for the Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce; leadership advisory council for Junior Achievement of East Central Ohio; trustee of the Alliance Area Development Foundation; executive committee member for the Alliance Area Development Foundation; trustee and executive committee member of the Stark Development Board; trustee of the Stark Community Foundation; board member of the Akron Urban League; and, board member of the Downtown Canton Land Bank.

Shivers is a graduate of Hiram College and has a master's degree in business administration from Franciscan University.
