Ms. Cotton is the former President of Operations for Central and Eastern Europe at The Coca-Cola Company. She joined The Coca-Cola Company in 2020 as the Global Chief Marketing Officer, Still Beverages where she was responsible for the global product portfolio, brand stewardship and creation of brand platforms, and leading disruptive global innovation.
Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Ms. Cotton served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Product Marketing, Samsung Electronics America, Inc. At Samsung, Ms. Cotton led the financial and brand performance of the high-growth segments of the mobile technology market, including personal computing, tablets, virtual reality, and wearable tech. Prior to Samsung, Ms. Cotton served in a variety of senior leadership roles at PepsiCo, where she led the growth strategy for a number of Frito-Lay brands and held sales and operations roles for other PepsiCo businesses. She also previously served as a new product startup leader at Procter & Gamble, where she had responsibility for product launches and innovation.
Ms. Cotton has an extensive background in leading, driving, and accelerating business growth and innovation for well-known and respected global brands, leveraging her deep understanding of consumer preferences and behaviors and her expertise developing and marketing technology-driven products and customer experiences.
Ms. Cotton earned her bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from Northwestern University and her masters in business administration from Stanford University.
