For questions or assistance, contact your Relationship Manager or call Huntington Bank customer support at (888) 797-7711, or (800) 329-0289 if you have Treasury Management services.

Branches and ATMs

You'll keep working with many of the same local bankers and relationship managers for the service and support you need.

Yes, you now have access to every Huntington Bank branch, ATM and Live Teller across the U.S. Find your nearest location.

Former Cadence Bank branches are now operating as Huntington Bank branches. You can continue visiting your familiar locations, as well as any other Huntington Bank branch, for in-person banking and support.

Online banking and payments

Yes. Your online account access is provided through either Huntington Business Online or Huntington Online Banking, depending on the services your organization uses.

Access to Cadence Bank online and mobile banking has ended, and your accounts are now available through Huntington’s Online Banking and the Huntington Mobile Banking app or Business Online. You can also enroll in Zelle® and access Bill Pay. Please refer to the materials sent to you by mail and email. You can also visit the dedicated online banking transition pages for more information about Huntington Online Banking or Huntington Business Online.

At Huntington, Bill Pay funds are withdrawn on the "send on" date rather than the "due date". Huntington set the "send on" date using the Cadence "due" date; payments are being processed and funds are removed on that date, so payments could be late.

Review all future payments in Huntington Bill Pay and adjust "send on" dates to ensure on time arrival. Allow 2 business days for electronic payments (denoted with a lightning bolt icon) and 5 business days for check payments (denoted with an envelope icon).

Some payees who received electronic payments were switched to check payments; adjust dates accordingly. Update paper check payee details to match the physical bill exactly (this may re-establish electronic payment).

Huntington does not support electronic bills (eBills). If you used eBills at Cadence, your payment may have been made automatically for the full amount due. At Huntington, you'll enter your payment amount each month if your bill varies. If your payment amount stays the same, you can set up a recurring payment.

Auto-payments set up using eBills do not continue. If an eBill auto-payment was scheduled before the transition and was to be paid after June 22, Huntington processed that one payment. Future payments will need to be set up using Bill Pay.

If a payment falls on a weekend or holiday, it will automatically move to the next business day.

Six months of bill pay history will appear in the payment history section of Huntington Bill Pay, but older transactions will be visible in your transitioned deposit account history.

Huntington attempted to transfer all payees/payments for accounts transitioned to a checking account. Money market accounts can't be used with Bill Pay at Huntington. If you transitioned to a Huntington money market account, your existing Bill Pay payees did not move over. You will need to set up these payees using a checking account.

If the person who set up or manages Bill Pay is not an owner of the checking account used for payments, the payees and payments did not transfer but can be reestablished in Huntington Bill Pay.

Yes. Zelle® for your business is a new feature available to you at Huntington Bank. Zelle® is available in the Huntington Mobile Banking App. To enroll, open the app, tap on Pay & Transfer, then Payments, and Enroll, and choose an email address or U.S.-based 10-digit mobile number to send and receive payments from your eligible Huntington Bank business checking account.

For your protection, Zelle® should only be used to send money to those you know and trust, such as vendors, to collect rent from tenants, or to request money from customers when payment is due. If your customers use Zelle®, they can send payments directly to your eligible Huntington Bank business checking account with just your email address or U.S. mobile number. Zelle® cannot be used for international transactions.

Zelle® transactions may only be made and received from your eligible Huntington Bank business checking account. Savings and money market accounts are not eligible.

Prior to sending a payment, you will be able to view your daily and/or monthly Zelle® transaction limits in the Huntington Mobile Banking App. A charge of $0.50 will be applied for each transaction that is sent from or received by an eligible business account.

Learn more about how to use Zelle® for your business.

Debit Cards

If you had an active Cadence Bank business debit card, you should have received a new Huntington Business Debit Mastercard® or Huntington Bank ATM card before June 22. Your new card replaces your Cadence business debit card. If you haven't already, activate and begin using your Huntington business debit card for everyday purchases and ATM access. If your Cadence business debit card was stored in a digital wallet or used for recurring payments, you'll need to update your card information.

Note: If you had not used your Cadence Bank business debit card in the prior 12 months, you did not receive a Huntington business debit card.

Huntington debit cards must be linked to a checking account. If your card was linked to a savings account, you received an ATM card. At Huntington Bank, savings and money market accounts are not eligible to be the primary or sole account associated with a debit card.

Account numbers and checks

Yes, your account and routing numbers for your business deposit and/or loan account(s) have changed. You were provided with your new numbers by mail in June. You can also view them in Huntington Online Banking and the Huntington Mobile Banking app. Some loans will not be viewable in online banking until Thursday, June 25, 2026.

You should now use the new Huntington account and routing numbers you received by mail to update the companies and counterparties that pay or debit your business. Your Cadence account and routing numbers will still work through the rest of the year for things like deposits and auto payments, so you have plenty of time to make updates to any existing deposits, transfers, and automatic payments.

We assigned new, unique account numbers to protect accounts and prevent account number duplication, and the routing number changed to Huntington’s routing number so deposits and payments continue to process securely.

You can continue using your Cadence Bank checks until they run out. While not required, if you wish to order checks from Huntington Bank, the first check order for eligible check designs is free if you order in the first three months after transitioning to Huntington (applicable only for certain checking accounts).

Loans

The terms of your loans have not changed unless you were notified. Loan accounts, along with deposit accounts, transitioned on June 22, 2026. You have a new address for all loan payments, which will be included on your first Huntington Bank loan statement. Please refer to the letter(s) sent to you with more information about the transition of these accounts.

If you pay your loan using Bill Pay, please update the mailing address and loan number to prevent delayed payment processing.
