  • If your online service is transitioning to Huntington Business Online, take advantage of the Huntington Business Online preview period beginning Tuesday, May 26, 2026, through June 18, 2026.
  • The preview period gives Administrators and users early access to log in, review key details, and complete set-up steps ahead of your transition, so you’re ready to go day one on June 22 when full access begins. Note: Administrators must be the first to log in and accept our Business Online Access and Bill Pay Agreement before other authorized users can access the system.

Cadence Bank branches will close, including Live Teller, at their usual time on Thursday, June 18, 2026 and reopen as Huntington Bank branches on Monday, June 22, 2026.

Online banking and payments

Yes. Access to Cadence Bank online and mobile banking will end on Thursday, June 18, 2026, specifically:

  • Access to Bill Pay ends at 6:00 a.m. ET.
  • Access to Cadence Bank online and mobile banking ends.
  • Access to Cadence Commercial Center ends at 7:00 p.m. ET.

Huntington Bank’s online and mobile banking services will be available beginning Monday, June 22, 2026. You will be able to enroll in Zelle® and have access to Bill Pay at this time.

If your online service is transitioning to Huntington Online Banking, you may be eligible to set up your new username and password a few weeks before the June transition. Pre‑enrolling in Huntington Online Banking helps ensure a smoother, faster transition with uninterrupted access to your accounts on day one. Look for the early enrollment option within Cadence Online Banking in mid-May, as well as the information we will send to you by mail and email.

If your online service is transitioning to Huntington Business Online, you will receive information on the setup and preview period by mail and email from Huntington Bank at the end of May. The preview period, May 26 to June 18, is available for Administrators to get early access to log in to Business Online, review key account details, and complete set-up steps ahead of the transition, so you’re ready to go day one on June 22 when full access begins.

At Huntington, Bill Pay funds are withdrawn on the “send on” date rather than the “due date”. For the transfer, Huntington will set the "send on" date using the Cadence "due" date; payments will process and funds will not be removed until that due date, so payments could be late.

Review all future payments in Huntington Bill Pay and adjust “send on” dates to ensure on time arrival. Allow 2 business days for electronic payments (lightning bolt icon) and 5 business days for check payments (envelope icon).

Some payees who currently receive electronic payments may be switched to check payments; adjust dates accordingly. Update paper check payee details to match physical bill exactly (this may re-establish electronic payment).

Huntington does not support electronic bills (eBills). If you used eBills at Cadence, your payment may have been made automatically for the full amount due. At Huntington, you’ll enter your payment amount each month if your bill varies. If your payment amount stays the same, you can set up a recurring payment.

Auto‑payments set up using eBills will not continue after the transition. If an eBill auto‑payment was scheduled before the transition and is to be paid after June 22, Huntington will process that one payment. Future payments will need to be set up using Bill Pay.

If a payment falls on a weekend or holiday, it will automatically move to the next business day.

Six months of bill pay history will appear in the payment history section of Huntington Bill Pay, but older transactions will be visible in your transitioned deposit account history.

Huntington will attempt to transfer all payees/payments for accounts transitioned to a checking account. Money market accounts can't be used with Bill Pay at Huntington. If you transitioned to a Huntington money market account, your existing Bill Pay payees will not move over. You will need to set up these payees using a checking account.

If the person who set up or manages Bill Pay is not an owner of the checking account used for payments, the payees and payments will not transfer. If your Bill Pay account is managed by a non-owner, download/print your payees and payment history for reference as re-establishing those in Huntington Bill Pay will likely be required.

Yes. Zelle® for your business is a new feature available to you at Huntington Bank. Zelle® is available in the Huntington Mobile Banking App. To enroll, open the app, tap on Pay & Transfer, then Payments, and Enroll, and choose an email address or U.S.-based 10-digit mobile number to send and receive payments from your eligible Huntington Bank business checking account.

For your protection, Zelle® should only be used to send money to those you know and trust, such as vendors, to collect rent from tenants, or to request money from customers when payment is due. If your customers use Zelle®, they can send payments directly to your eligible Huntington Bank business checking account with just your email address or U.S. mobile number. Zelle® cannot be used for international transactions.

Zelle® transactions may only be made and received from your eligible Huntington Bank business checking account. Savings and money market accounts are not eligible.

Prior to sending a payment, you will be able to view your daily and/or monthly Zelle® transaction limits in the Huntington Mobile Banking App. A charge of $0.50 will be applied for each transaction that is sent from or received by an eligible business account.

Learn more about how to use Zelle® for your business.

Debit Cards

If you have an active Cadence Bank business debit card, you will receive a new Huntington Business Debit Mastercard® or Huntington Bank ATM card before June 22. Activate and begin using your debit card starting at 8:00 AM ET on June 22 with your current PIN. If your Cadence debit card is stored in a digital wallet or used for recurring payments, you’ll need to update your card information.

Cadence Bank debit cards will no longer be active after Wednesday, June 24, 2026.

Note: If you have not used your Cadence Bank business debit card in the prior 12 months, you will not receive a Huntington business debit card.

Huntington debit cards must be linked to a checking account. If your card is linked to a savings account, you will receive an ATM card. At Huntington Bank, savings and money market accounts are not eligible to be the primary or sole account associated with a debit card.

Account numbers and checks

Yes, your account and routing numbers for your business deposit account(s) and/or loan(s) will be changing. We’ll provide you with your new numbers shortly before June 22, 2026. You’ll also be able to view them on our online banking platform beginning Monday, June 22, 2026. Some loans will not be viewable in online banking until Thursday, June 25, 2026.

New, unique account numbers are assigned to protect accounts and prevent account number duplication, and the routing number will change to Huntington’s routing number so deposits and payments continue to process securely. Starting June 22, use the new Huntington account and routing numbers you receive by mail to update the companies and counterparties that pay or debit your business. To ensure your payments and deposits continue smoothly, your current Cadence account and routing numbers will continue to work for a limited time.

You can continue using your Cadence Bank checks until they run out. While not required, if you wish to order checks from Huntington Bank, the first check order for eligible check designs is free if you order in the first three months after your transition to Huntington (applicable only for certain checking accounts).

Loans

The terms of your loans will not change unless you are notified. Loan accounts, along with deposit accounts, will transition on June 22, 2026. You will have a new address for all loan payments, which will be included on your first Huntington Bank loan statement after the transition. Please refer to the letter(s) sent to you with more information about the transition of these accounts.

If you pay your loan using Bill Pay, please update the mailing address and loan number to prevent delayed payment processing.
