Safety Precautions for Branch Visits

At Huntington, we look out for people. That includes taking steps at this time to help ensure the safety of our customers and colleagues in our branches as we continue to follow the guidelines established by local, state, and federal health officials regarding COVID-19.
What to Expect on Your Branch Visit
We look forward to welcoming you back into our Huntington branches. Please follow these 3 simple steps during your visit:
- A Huntington banker will greet you. You may be asked to wait outside the branch entrance in order to maintain required space inside the branch.
- Once you're invited inside the branch, you'll notice markers on the floor and plexiglass dividers to help with social distancing.
- Mask Required. Huntington colleagues will be wearing masks and we require you do the same.
Our Commitment is to You
The well-being of our customers and colleagues remains one of our top priorities.
Huntington bankers at our branches and other locations will follow the same precautionary measures we’re asking customers to follow. We have hand sanitizers available for use by all colleagues and customers. We've also increased sanitizing protocols in our branches, including disinfecting high-contact surfaces frequently throughout the day and utilizing professional janitorial services throughout the week.
Special hours: We have set aside the first half hour of each day for seniors and those at higher risks as outlined by the CDC. For in-store branches, we will open a half-hour before posted hours. We ask that other customers avoid entering during this time.
If you are infected with COVID-19 or are symptomatic, we ask that you conduct your transaction using an ATM, drive-thru window, or online banking. Remember, you can securely manage your money anytime by logging into huntington.com , using the Huntington Mobile app, or visiting any of our conveniently located ATMs.
