If I were the customer, how would I like to be treated?
It is this business and service approach that I have taken throughout my eleven year career as a mortgage loan officer. It starts with listening to and understanding the customer’s needs and then working diligently with them to find a product fit tailored to meet their needs. This is what I believe is doing the right thing.
Over the last eleven years the industry has changed substantially and it is a given that it will be changing in the future. With each customer I strive to take what can be complex and making it as simple as possible.
