Be Prepared

The best time to review your insurance policy is before you need it. Take the time to review your current policy to know exactly what is included and excluded. Most homeowner insurance policies cover damage caused by fire, windstorms, hail and lightning, but flood, hurricanes and earthquakes are typically excluded. There may be optional polices you can purchase to cover damage from those types of disasters.
